This year's Camino al Cielo is made from Spanish varietal fruit grown in California. The decades old trees have provided us with fruit making an extremely mild oil with minimal bitterness and pungency. Although it has aromas of cut grass and carrots, on the palate it is quite fruity.

Milled from 100% California grown olives.
