Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Spanish extra virgin olive oil is produced from 100% Hojiblanca olives. This oil has high fruitiness that is very pronounced upon first taste. Notes of fresh apple, and sweet tropical fruit are the most prominent. With relatively low pungency and bitterness, this extra virgin olive oil is great for dressing salad greens, drizzling over creamy cheese, or pairing with delicate fish. It is a good choice when you do not want to overwhelm the palate.
