Maple Syrup Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy will bring back childhood memories of syrup on pancakes, but with a tart, gourmet flourish. The overall flavor profile is enhanced by a subtle undercurrent of vanilla. We love it on green salads with fruit like cranberries, currants or slices of pear. Try it also drizzled on baked squash or on top of vanilla ice cream! It is a great finish for many autumn dishes.
