Garlic Stuffed Olives
These California-grown Sicilian style olives are cured for 9 months in brine without the use of lye or sugar. They are then pitted and lovingly hand-stuffed with California garlic creating a tasty contrasting texture between the firm olive and the soft flavorful garlic clove. Ideal as a snack, tossed in pasta dishes, or sliced and served on meat or fish dishes.
Ingredients: Olives, Garlic, Water, Salt, Vinegar, Lactic Acid. May contain trace amounts of Sodium Benzoate and Sulfites as preservatives.
