The natural flavor of shallots in this olive oil will spice up any dish. We use it in salad dressings, as a condiment for meat, fish or steamed vegetables, and also for sauteing vegetables.
Made from natural flavors mixed with virgin olive oil.
Pairs well with most of our vinegars, depending on the dish.
We cannot accept returns of any food items opened or unopened. If you are unsure of which oil or vinegar to purchase, please consider ordering a 60ml bottle to taste. If you would like to order several samples, please go to our Custom Samplers to save money.
