Orange Balsamic Reserve Vinegar
This balsamic is produced by combining balsamic vinegar with orange pulp and reducing the blend over open-air fire. The reduction is then placed in oak barrels for aging. When the balsamic reaches the density of 1.33 the product is removed from the barrels and lightly filtered. The lightness and freshness of this balsamic makes it ideal for use with goose, duck, pheasant, or other game. It also works well with fried seafood, quiches or vegetables.
We cannot accept returns of any food items opened or unopened. If you are unsure of which oil or vinegar to purchase, please consider ordering a 60ml bottle to taste. If you would like to order several samples, please go to our Custom Samplers to save money.
