This recipe was born out of two great loves: chocolate and strawberries. Our warehouses are located in Santa Maria, California…home to thousands of acres of strawberry fields. In fact, in 2018, Santa Maria strawberry acreage made up about 25% of the total California crop. We were very picky when we selected our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar. Crafted in Italy it’s made with real strawberry juice, and you can tell the difference.
