This 5G (18.9L) container is made of food grade plastic. It is very convenient to work with and offers a lot of flexibility for handling the oil while milling or blending. A special plastic spigot can be purchased and can be used in conjunction with the regular lid. Drill the center out of the regular lid to allow the oil to flow through the spigot once screwed into place.
