Shipping Policy

Shipping Information We do our best to find the most economical and reliable way to get your order to you. If you choose to use another delivery service or use your own FedEx shipping account, a Packing and Handling Fee of $5.00 per package (not item, but package) will apply. *Orders usually ship within three business days. Please keep in mind that the "shipping speed" you select in the delivery method relates to "days in transit" and not total days to delivery. Therefore a 2-3 business days shipment could take up to 6 business days (3 before shipping and 3 for delivery). Also, for orders placed on Friday through Sunday, Monday is the 1st business day. Depending on which items you bought, we may use one or a combination of several methods to ship your order.

If you wish to use your owner carrier or FedEx shipping account, we are happy to work with your shipper (UPDATE: October 2025, we only have daily pick ups with FedEx Ground services, UPS scheduled pick ups will not be available). Please keep in mind that all issues and/or damage that occurs from the time the order is picked up from our warehouse is then your responsibility -- including any claims of damage or incorrect delivery. We cannot guarantee the shipping process when not shipped by our carrier on our account.

UPDATE October 2025 FedEx Shipping We use FedEx Shipping for the majority of our shipments. After you choose the FedEx shipping method at check-out (e.g. Ground, 2nd Day), the shipping cost will be added to your order automatically and your credit card will be charged for it.

Shipping by Truck Some large items can only ship by truck and are indicated as such on product pages. Orders over 270 lbs will also be eligible for freight carrier shipping (ie: XPO, Tforce, Saia, etc). Your total at check-out will not include shipping costs and will show "$0.00 Free" for these types of items or large order size. We will request a shipping quote and get back to you for approval. We will not process your credit card for these items or the associated freight costs until we have your authorization to do so. If shipping costs do not meet your approval, we will cancel your order without a fee. It may be more economical to use a trucking company for large quantities of items that would normally be shipped via FedEx Ground. If you feel your order should be shipped via a freight company, please contact us.

If you have a combination of FedEx and Shipping by Truck and/or Shipping Included in Item Price products at Checkout If you have a combination of FedEx and Shipping by Truck and/or Shipping Included in Item Price products at Checkout, the amount for shipping via FedEx will be calculated and you will select one of the FedEx options. We will call you when the amount to ship for the other item(s) has been determined and adjust the final shipping cost.

*Production Timing of Private Label Bottles Private label bottles without labels will be shipped in approximately one week. During the months of October through December, the timing may increase to two weeks. Private label bottles with your labels applied will be shipped within one week upon receipt of your labels. *UPDATED Production Timing of Bulk Items and Raw Materials Bulk items such as oil and vinegar (ie: gallons sizes) will be shipped in approximately 3 days. Raw materials such as empty glass bottle cases, closures, and fustis will be shipped in approximately 3 days. Items such as harvest netting & equipment will be shipped in 4-5 days. During the months of October through December, the timing may increase to 7-10 days.
