Our first Olio Nuovo of the season is here; bottled fresh out of the mill and offers the perfect blend of health benefits and strong flavor. Unlike oils released later in the year, Olio Nuovo is neither racked nor filtered and is loaded with polyphenols, which, combined with its freshness, makes it the most healthy oil you will be able to purchase from each harvest. Be prepared for a strong, peppery, and bitter taste unique to this special release.
