Estate Itrana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Made from 100% California estate-grown Itrana olives. An intense oil with pleasing fruity and peppery notes. Expect a fresh grassy aroma with a nice overtone of bitterness and pungency. These olives were hand-harvested and pressed within hours of being picked. Grown and milled onsite in Santa Ynez, California. A delicious and gratifying way to enjoy this olive oil is to dip it with fresh artisan bread. This olive oil pairs well with our Cask 8 Balsamic Vinegar.
