Our Mediterranean Line thyme olive oil is wonderfully aromatic with a minty quality that complements other herbs. Use our Mediterranean Line thyme natural flavored infused olive oil in place of dry or fresh thyme in poultry marinades, tomato sauces and soups. Use to toast crostini and pair with soft cheeses to let the thyme shine or as the oil in tomato confit to add immense fresh flavor.
Made from natural flavors mixed with virgin olive oil.
Pairs well with most of our vinegars.
