This olive oil is perfect for any dish that you would like to spice up with the natural flavor of shallots. We use it in salad dressings, as a condiment for meat, fish or steamed vegetables, and also for sauteing vegetables.
Made from natural flavors mixed with certified extra virgin olive oil.
Pairs well with most of our vinegars, depending on the dish.
