This Australian, Southern hemisphere extra virgin olive oil is a great addition to any olive oil tasting bar collection. While this single origin olive oil varies with the season, it maintains a very well balanced tasting profile of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. A blend of Australian Arbequina and Picual olives, this oil is moderately complex. A very fresh taste pleasing to the palate that finishes with a lingering peppery sensation. Great as an all purpose olive oil and very universal in the kitchen. At our listed price, this 2022 extra virgin olive oil makes it an excellent choice for retail, corporate gifting, and special celebrations.
