Our Date Balsamic Vinegar features the complex flavor of aged, aromatic balsamic sweetened by nature's power fruit, dates. All natural date flavoring along with our 1.18 density balsamic from Modena, Italy, brings a developed velvety texture and luscious vinegar taste. Add a splash to a banana smoothie or use as a sweet balsamic glaze when roasting Brussels sprouts. This date balsamic is wonderfully sweet with a fruitiness that makes it the ideal balsamic to drizzle over goat cheese or ice cream.
