Santa Ynez Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This new current harvest field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in Santa Ynez, California) of Maurino, Frantoio and Pendolino. This blend is balanced with the addition of Leccino varietal oil for a delicate flavor with fruity notes. It has aromas of fresh cut grass and spiced apple. This extra virgin olive oil has delightful flavors of citrus, green apple, artichoke, and almond. While this olive oil has a pungent finish, it has a rather smooth sensation on the palate. Hand harvested and milled in December 2023.
