The best of both worlds. Our Garlic and Mushroom olive oil combines the enticingly earthy and delicate flavors of mushrooms with the pungency of crushed garlic. The brininess and woodiness of the mushrooms complement the strong and almost sweet garlic perfectly. This oil is ideal for use as finishing oil for pasta and makes a lovely addition to any hearty tomato sauce.
Made from natural flavors mixed with virgin olive oil.
Pairs well with our aged balsamic vinegars.
