The Mediterranean Line Rosemary Olive Oil
It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, on lamb or fish, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades. Like the garlic and Italian herb oils, it is a natural for sauteing or as a condiment in savory dishes and avoids having those unpalatable rosemary spines in the dish.
Made from natural flavors mixed with virgin olive oil.
Pairs well with most of our vinegars, depending on the dish.
