A kitchen must have. Our Spanish Sherry Vinegar is naturally fermented and then aged for several months in barrels. The result is a crisp, piercing acidity balanced by nuttiness and caramel notes. As a young sherry vinegar with 7% acidity, this vinegar will contain a considerable amount of complexity compared to other traditional wine vinegar. This lovely vinegar will create balanced acidity and complexity in any dish. With just a few splashes, enhance sauces, vegetables, legumes, meats and soups.
Gluten Free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives. May contain sulfites.
