The Mediterranean Line Citrus Balsamic Vinegar
Our Mediterranean Line Citrus Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made with white cask aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, using natural Meyer Lemon flavorings. Our balsamic vinegar is refreshingly sweet with a graceful lemon brightness. With no added sugar, our balsamic vinegar is well suited for marinades and vinaigrettes. With a balsamic that is as versatile as this, we recommend pairing it with your favorite everyday extra virgin olive oil. It has a wonderful acidity that works well with seafood and Summer grilling.
