Santa Ynez Blend (Olio Nuovo) Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2023 Harvest
This new 2023 harvest field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in California) of Maurino, Frantoio and Pendolino. This blend is balanced with the addition of Leccino varietal oil for a delicate flavor with fruity notes. It has aromas of fresh cut grass and citrus rind with flavors of green apple and artichoke. Hand harvested and milled on November 17th, 2023. As an Olio Nuovo, you can expect brilliant bitterness and pungency!
