Olio Nuovo Santa Ynez Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2025 Harvest
This new Olio Nuovo field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in Santa Ynez, California) of Maurino, Frantoio, Taggiasca, Leccino and Pendolino. This blend is robust with an intense peppery finish. As an Olio Nuovo, this oil will have extreme aromas of fresh cut grass and spiced apple. Enjoy this Olio Nuovo with freshly toasted Italian bread, hearty soups, and drizzled over homemade pastas. Hand harvested and milled November 2025. LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE.
