The Mediterranean Line Lemongrass Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar combines the sweetness of a balsamic with the tart flavors of lemongrass. It is an ideal ingredient for Asian foods, fish or poultry, or for an unusual twist to salad dressings and vegetables. It is made by blending white cask aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, with natural flavors.
