Made from 100% California grown Picual olives, our 2025 Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a distinctive olive oil with prominent and appetizing classic tomato leaf aroma. With a medium intensity, this is a robust olio nuovo with a big herbaceous character and flavors of green almond and grass. California Picual olive oil is widely sought-after and is a great addition to any olive oil tasting bar. Use on salads, vegetables, fish, and grilled meats. Hand-harvested and sourced from Yolo, California. Limited quantity available.
