Our Chef's Blend extra virgin olive oil is current blend of California and Spanish origin. This harvest is a blend of Spanish and Italian Varietals (Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Coratina, Frantoio, and Pendolino, olives). It maintains a well balanced taste profile of fruitness, bitterness, and pungency. It is fresh tasting and pleasing to the palate finishing with a lingering peppery sensation. Great as an all purpose olive oil in any kitchen. An excellent choice for retail, corporate gifting, and special celebrations.
