Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% California Taggiasca olives grown in Carmel Valley, CA. We are thrilled to offer this monocultivar extra virgin olive oil which has a number of unique characteristics. On the palate, it has surprisingly spicy herbal, floral aroma. It has a delightfully complex flavor of grassy, unripe fruit, black pepper, cinnamon, and is best used as a finishing oil. With a medium intensity, it is ideally enjoyed on meats, vegetables, or for bread-dipping.
