As an added bonus this cake only improves the longer it sits – the cake will keep at room temperature for 4 days.

Nectarine Ricotta Cake
A perfect summer recipe that takes advantage of the season's fresh nectarines. The cake can be made 2 days ahead of time and can be served as a breakfast cake with coffee or for dessert with the whipped cream. Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar paired with tart nectarines entices the palate and the whipped cream adds a light and airy element to offset the denseness of the cake.
Strawberry Balsamic Truffles
This recipe was born out of two great loves: chocolate and strawberries. Our warehouses are located in Santa Maria, California…home to thousands of acres of strawberry fields. In fact, in 2018, Santa Maria strawberry acreage made up about 25% of the total California crop. We were very picky when we selected our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar. Crafted in Italy it’s made with real strawberry juice, and you can tell the difference. These rich Strawberry Balsamic Truffles are relatively easy to make, and pair beautifully with a lovely glass of red wine. Buon appetito!
