Green Salad with Harissa Yogurt Dressing

A wonderfully crisp salad made up of lots of good for you ingredients like avocado, tender herbs and tossed with a delicious creamy dressing that is amped up with our Harissa Flavored Olive Oil! Add chicken or fish to turn this into a dinner salad.


Green Salad with Harissa Yogurt Dressing Ingredients:

For the dressing:
¼ cup, Harissa Natural Flavor Infused Olive Oil
1/3 cup, whole milk yogurt
2 tbsp, lemon juice – freshly squeezed
2 tbsp, dill – thinly sliced
Salt and pepper – to taste

For the salad:
1 head, romaine lettuce
2, Persian cucumbers
2, small ripe avocados
1 bunch, spring onions
1 bunch, cilantro – stems removed



Prepare the dressing: Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined, set aside.

For the salad: Cut off the end of the romaine and discard. Wash the lettuce, cucumbers, cilantro and spring onions.

Chop the romaine into inch thick strips and add to your serving dish. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and toss over the top of the romaine. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and skin and cut into bite-sized cubes, add to the serving bowl. Thinly slice the spring onions, stopping once you reach the white part, add to the bowl.

Top the salad with the cilantro leaves.

Toss the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
